For the ultimate Raymond Vineyards experience, surrender your senses to the exclusive world that is the RED ROOM. Custom-made red plush sofas and Baccarat Chandeliers provide the absolute luxurious setting to enjoy an intimate evening with friends and family.

Experience dining and dancing at its finest beneath one of Raymond’s many remarkable Baccarat crystal chandeliers. The Crystal Cellar boasts stainless steel walls, a mirrored tasting bar, and a collection of historical crystal decanters from Baccarat. The vibe and atmosphere are perfect for private cocktail and dinner parties for both small and large groups.

Events Staff

Our culinary team designs innovative and unforgettable Napa Valley culinary experiences for you and your guests. Working in close partnership with you, we create custom menus using seasonal ingredients from our own organic and Biodynamic gardens, expertly pairing wines from our extensive Raymond Vineyards portfolio.

Executive Chef Rafael Molina has been with the Boisset Collection family for seven years.  After mastering the complicated world of French cuisine, he joined our team because of his attraction for cooking for Frenchman and culinary enthusiast, Jean-Charles Boisset.  He is the creative genius behind all industry parties and special events at our Napa Valley and Sonoma properties.  Most recently, he completed a 12-city tour across the country with the Boisset Culinary team, recreating Jean-Charles’ “Last Supper” – a sensory dining experience inspired by his ultimate last supper menu.  Variety’s November 2019 issue featured Chef Molina as a top Wine Country chef.
