About the wine
Dense dark red color with cherry red hues. The aroma is concentrated and complex with layers of dark black fruit, blackberry pie, dark chocolate, and hint of coffee. This Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied with blended flavors of ripe blueberry, licorice, black cherry and burnt toffee that linger and harmonize on the palate. Aged in French oak, vanilla and hazelnut notes complement the soft, silky and robust tannins.
2020 kicked o with ideal growing conditions. Mild temperatures led to evenly developed clusters and an early budbreak was followed by a warm to hot summer. Low winter rains resulted in smaller berries with concentrated flavors. Harvest started in early August and all things pointed to normal yields and exceptional fruit quality.
