About the wine
The 2021 Estate Collection Cabernet Sauvignon warmly welcomes the senses, offering fragrant notes of deep plum, luscious cherry, toasted almond, and a hint of cedar. Opulent, concentrated flavors of blackberry, raspberry, and cranberry are interwoven with hints of spice and rich dark chocolate. Possessing a robust, full-bodied presence, complemented by well-defined tannins and a velvety, smooth texture, the conclusion lingers luxuriously, casting an enchanting spell.
After the grapes were hand-picked and sorted, they went through extended maceration before being aged for 18 months in 43% new French oak barrels from Ermitage and Seguin Moreau. The tightly grained barrels provide textural complexity, added depth and a plush, full body.
