About the wine
Our LVE Rosé is a brilliant, pale pink color. It exudes fruitiness and elegance. The nose is aromatic with delicate notes of peach blossom, raspberry and apricot. Full and round on the palate, crisp light notes of fresh picked strawberry and white nectarine lead to an elegant and lengthy finish.

The grapes were selected from vineyards in the south of France on three different types of soil: pebbles, white limestone, and yellow clay. Each soil type brings a different element to the wine, resulting in a great balance of fruit, finesse, and depth.
First, the grapes are carefully destemmed, and then pressing is performed progressively so that free-run and first press juices may be selected to obtain a pale, delicate color. Grapes from distinct plots are vinified separately to preserve their typicity. Fermentation is conducted at low temperatures to encourage freshness, and the wines are aged for three months on fine lees with occasional stirring.
