Each R. Collection wine is referred to as a Lot, each representing a time in the Raymond family history:
- The Cabernet Sauvignon – Lot 1 – represents the first of five generations of winemaking.
- The Merlot, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc – Lots 2, 3, and 4 respectively – represents the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th generations of Raymond winemaking.
- The Field Blend – Lot 5 – is named after the 5th generation and is a unique blend made from five core varietals including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Petite Sirah, and Zinfandel.
